Probably occurs in a wide variety of habitats including Parkland, Moorland, Bog, Heathland, Sand dunes and Open Deciduous and Pine Woodland.


Flight period

Adults are active during May and June, rarely April.


Prey collected

Acting as a parasitoid/predator on Macropsinae, Cicadellidae (Leaf Hoppers). Hosts in Britain: Oncopsis flavicollis (Linnaeus).
